From the Sea Terminal in Douglas

To reach Ballavayre Cottages from the Sea Terminal in Douglas, follow signs for Castletown in the south (taking the A6 and A5 roads). When you reach Ballasalla, turn right at the mini roundabout and then left at the next, following signs for Colby (taking the A7 road). When reaching Ballabeg, vere right to continue on the A7 road towards Colby. Continue along the road, passing the Colby Glen Road, and take the turn right at the little white church on the right side of the road. Drive up the B44 Ballakilpheric Road for about a mile and Ballavayre Cottages are on your right.

From the Airport in Castletown

When leaving the airport, turn right at the roundabout and pass the next one to head towards Ballasalla on the A5 road. When in Ballasalla, pass the mini roundabout and take a left at the next, following signs for Colby (taking the A7 road). When reaching Ballabeg, vere right to continue on the A7 road towards Colby. Continue along the road, passing the Colby Glen Road, and take the turn right at the little white church on the right side of the road. Drive up the B44 Ballakilpheric Road for about a mile and Ballavayre Cottages are on your right.
