Ballavayre Cottage is a stone built cottage in the southeast of the Isle of Man. We offer 5 star self-catering accommodation in our cottage, from which you can enjoy your holiday from a comfortable and relaxing base in the countryside.

The cottage is located in the heart of the Manx countryside near Colby, making our location ideal for coastal and hill walking. Although only four miles from the sea, because of its elevated position, it affords panoramic views of the southern coast of the Island from Santon to Port St Mary.

Ballavayre Cottage is approximately two hundred years old and was at one time a thatched farm worker's cottage. The cottage, with low beamed ceilings and door frames, is detached and has its own small garden with table and chairs for eating alfresco and enjoying the views.
